Default v6 wheels + Dr's?

I've seen alot of people do it. are the v6 wheels a good drag wheel? i'd just be puttin them on the back. along with some 275 m/ts or hoosier or nitto's. just curious if anyone has any personal expierence with them? i really dont need welds or anything cause im not an all out racer, will be after collge though..

theyre not "good" wheels...but theyre cheap and they work fine...just not as light as some aluminum 15s....tons of people use them because they work lol...i say go for it

I have been looking in to doing this too, the wheels that are 15x7's weigh 16lbs and the 16x7.5's weigh 17.50 lbs. 275/50 nitto's should be ok to run with. I always heard nitto's run a little narrower then others.

My friend, when he wears this set of tires out, is gonna switch me his wheels for my spare set of 17's and im gonna put hoosier dr's on the rears and then just run the fronts cus they weigh less than all my other wheels. It will look like crap but it will go better down the track.
