I was under the impression you could use cams of a 4.6 2v on a 5.4 2v? thats what i read! and i didnt mean new heads just a port and polished

Looks to me like a 96-98 mustang with a single turbo'd 5.4 4v. lol thatd be the only way i'd go if i did a 5.4. If id do a 5.4, 10:1 compression with 4v heads ported with turbo cams and then add like a single 88 or twin 62's.

why? because it doesnt have vtec?

that car is ****ing sick...you have no taste at all

if youre doing a 5.4 swap, why would you get a 2v motor? why not get a 5.4 4v out of a navigator? its a much better platform

It's an 03 Saleen that had 4,500 miles and he pulled the engine. 850rw on the street tune and close to 1000rw on race gas.

u can put any 4.6 head on any 5.4 block, hence modular

That's not true at all. "modular" comes from the plants being able to retool the equipment and change productions need to other engines.
