Default Transmission Problems??

So yeah, I came home for the weekend, thanksgiving weekend, and took my car out for a drive. I literally havn't driven the car in over three months, I really missed it.

So I don't even rag on the thing, took it down the street a couple miles to the Circle K, got a drink. So pulling into the circle K, the car downshifted, like normal, but it rev'ed up like crazy.

Like I know few of you know this, but before leaving I put in a 4R70W transmission, in anticipation of drag racing while I was in school, not knowing how much time I would have to commit to classes.

Anyway, so I park, and everything seems normal, start it back up, and get about half way home and tap the pedal a little in 3rd gear to see what's going on. Took more than a few seconds to actually kick in, which isnt normal, to say the least.

Get into my driveway, and I can't even move in first gear. At all. Like I give it gas, and it goes nowhere.

Putting it in drive only makes it sit there and whistle (definitely not the whistle coming from the blower), whereas reverse is still working.

Anybody have any clues as to what is going on? I was planning on bringing the car up with me to phoenix this sunday, but that's not going to happen if I cant move the thing.
