way too high, without some serious work. I launch at about 12-1300rpm on street tires with 4.10s. anything more and I either start spinning as the lights drop or will spin out the hole. You want to launch as high as possible, so just get out there and practice, figure out where you break loose at, drop it down 100rpm, then try it, so forth and so on until you are happy with it.
