Only thing that looks odd to me is the lack of a strut tower brace... Only time someone deletes that is if they put in an aftermarket CAI, or a taller motor.

i dont know if all the 96 gt's came with the strut tower braces tho...

I thought that they all came with it... I see the bolt holes for it in his pictures, but I guess that doesn't mean much.

Hey, a fellow GTS owner too. Yours looks like it's in better shape than mine.

Thanks guys. I agree it s a 4.6. It looks like the strut tower brace was removed as there are small scratches around the tower where it would bolt on. several things in the engine look new including a mishimoto radiator and intake manifold. Still don't know why the engine block is painted red. I think I may just stick it on a dyno pre and post supercharger installation and maybe the numbers will help direct me towards any head or cam work that could have been done. If something blows then I'll just look into new build blocks too!

My guess is he had a lot of work done and then returned it as close to stock as he could to sell the parts.

Hey Lizzyfan, I live in S NJ. do you know of any good tuners in the area. I see you are in Delaware.
