Default Aftermarket heads timing problem

I recently bought a set of Patriot Performance stage 2 heads for the romeo PI engines for my 97 GT Ive got the heads on and the Timing chain, tensioners, and guides dont line up correctly with each other. The timing components are on the right sides, ive switched them and it just makes them worse. Do I need to buy a timing set for a 01-04 GTs timing set?

That's strange, I used my timing chains, gears, tensioners and guides on my pi swap.

Thats very weird, I'm using my romeo stuff from my npi motor on a set of windsor heads. I thought the patriot heads were from a windsor casting.
