Default Trick Flow heads and compression ratio

I saw that TF has 2 different heads for different CR (N/A vs FI I'm guessing). I was wondering how that would equate for the 96-98 GT's. I have been told that putting PI heads onto a NPI motor would raise the CR to 10.5:1 give or take. Why would it put that combination's CR higher than a stock 99-04 with the PI head package.

I was just wondering what the CR would be on a stock 96-98gt motor with the 2 different options.

Thanks for your help,
James
