will a front bumper from the second gen. sn95 (99-04) fit on a 98 mustang gt? i'm sure there will be molding involved, but i think it'd look badass. just wondering.

 

There would be a buttload of molding involved. In terms of height and width, the dimensions of the two bumper covers are similar, but mounting points and seams along body lines are drastically different. You'd probably need like 2 or 3 New Edge bumpers (and a couple of SN95's too) to hack up and mold into one that fits. I see this project ending badly, but then again where I live I come across a fair amount of shi**y Tijuana custom creations; so my p.o.v. may be a little tainted. If I had an SN95 I'd just do a Saleen or Cobra bumper cover, along with a hood to match and call it good.

 

It would be aloooot of work... but it would probably look cool, although ive never seen it done before.

haha it was just an idea i had a while ago, i'd love to, but i'm 18 and in school and dont have the time or money for that. the 5.4 took up enough of those two things so i'll probably just go with a cobra bumper, but i wanted something to look different. thanks for the feedback guys.
