Default What tranny will fit

What can i relace my 4r70w tranny with and what vehicles do they come in? i think im going to just buy a tranny from a recked car, i have had nothing but trouble since i have replaced the valve body ive replaced the electronics the acumulators and nothing helped at all.

Would a tranny out of a 01 grand marquis fit?

nope i have it all figured out now...i got my tranny fixed and it runs awesome the converter and valvebody is so sick i love it......every shop told me i needed a new tranny but me bein 16 and my cuz bein 19 proved all the shops wrong today and we finally got it back to how it should be... the band was off the overdrive servo and one of the solenoids wasnt seated fully... booyah...i should have called all the shops and rubbed it in there face!!!

Totally different animal with a new converter. Congrats man.
