Thanks guys, I just made a move out to the country, takes like an hour and half to get to civilization, or Wal-Mart from here so I wo'nt see many short hops in the car. My alt/battery should'nt see short drive cycles. So the stock pulley ought to work out. Cool, does anyone know the length of the serpentine belt? Last time I bypassed accessories on my fox-body I had to make multiple trips to get a shorter belt (autozone). Can the programmer be flashed as I add the mods? Or should I get most mods -letting the ECU learn and compensate, then call SCT tell them my mods, and add the canned 93 tune? I used Hypertech & Superchips on my Hemi, custom real time drive while the tech flogged my LS 1. Thanks guys, I'm just not totally clear if I can get plug & play, and update as I add new mods.. W/out having to mail & wait for return mail..Ric

You can use the factory belt with the Steeda Pulleys if I remember correctly, shouldnt need a tune for them.

Cool, did'nt think I retain the stock belt, I was thinking about the programmer after L/T's O/R, X pipe. Car has 4.10's already, ABS light on etc. No issues yet w/ the tranny. The programmer will be worth it to correct speedo etc. I'll get stall, shift kit, etc. as funds permit. I am considering 4.30's with a Eaton, Auburn, True-Trac locker. I've read on the forum that I'll need a spare set of rear wheels and drag radials as I'll need to swap out my 255/40/17's or run out gear in 4th, at the end of the 1/4. Will I be able to increase the line pressure ( shift firmness) and add rpm to hold gear longer- adjusting shift ceiling along with the max ECU ceiling on the motor? Thanks....Ric

yea, stock belt will work(get a gator back) and you will feel a diff in regards to performance. As far as electrical power usage and having your alternator struggle, I have no idea!

Maybe cuz I had a redtop Optima battery
