cops around here are way too lazy to be looking under cars, we don't have emissions here but you're still supposed to have cats. ( they will never know though)

 

well thats kool that he didnt give u a ticket. he coulda hit your pockets hard. I live in southern Cali, ive been pulled ove a million times and given modified exhaust tickets but never a ticket for no cats... i dont know anyone that has either.

First time ive ever heard of someone getting nailed for no cats. Here in PA its $10,000 per cat removed. So if i would have gotten caught with the o/r x that would have been $40,000 and jail time. Looks like you should have some gutted shells welded onto the o/r pipe. lol
