Default RAM HDX Clutch

Is there any reason this wouldn't work for my T-45 2001 GT?

I'm pretty sure it's just a typo on American Muscle's website, but it says it's only good up to Mid-00 GT's.

As long as you have a t45, it should fit. If youre one of the lucky late 01's that got the t3650, then you need an 11" clutch.

yea, as long as you have the t-45 you alright. I have that clutch. After you drive the car at normal speeds for about 2k miles, the clutch feels really good. Good grip.

them friggin t-45's are some extraordinary trans, I swear. One day they feel awesome, next day they feel like they're gonna break....i love mine tho, and no one can shift my trans like I can...

The truth.

Alright cool. I checked the little drivers door panel thing. Under "TR" it said 6. Looks like I'm T-45!!

Are ram clutches any good? This is about the price of the King Cobra clutch with a throwout bearing so is it about the same clutch for the money? Or does it have a better golding capacity?

I did some Google searches and a few clicks here and there about Ram clutches. From what I came up with, they are pretty good. A lot of people were comparing them to Spec. Most be agreed that they were consistently better than Spec. I've never had Spec, nor Ram. I did have the King Cobra in my 98 GT. The King Cobra seemed to grab perfect, release well, feel good, etc... I mean it's barely more than a stock replacement, so you can't expect wonders. But for what it is/was, it was wonderful. After I get the Ram bolted in, I'll let you know how it compares to the old King Cobra.
