Jazzer I have been reading a lot on the suspension especially with the lower control arms. I read the one tech article you wrote on suspension and must say it was an amazing write up. I plan on taking my car to the drag strip a lot. I don't know if that's not your area of expertise because you are more into the autox, but I won't be cutting a lot of 1.5 60' times or anything, so would I be ok with the ones that Lizzy posted or should I still go with the Extreme Duty/Heavy Duty? Also are the polys able to be switched out with speherical?

I believe that a PURE 1/4 mile arm, such as the Lakewoods in ***THIS*** thread would be excellent for such an application. The problem comes from DD and the abuse I am CERTAIN those will do to your torque boxes.
If you plan on LOTS of 1/4 launches on sticky's... I would recommend the MM XD that teej is getting. They are designed for the abuse of the launch, yet have a spherical end for the DD use. Best of both worlds for your needs, IMO.

I have the ones from AM op and they work great for me. I go to the track probably around twice a month. And its my DD. They have the spherical on the axle end and poly on the other end. They work great for me.
