Default OK. Super Noob Question

How do I know which heads are on my Stock 02 GT? I keep seeing PI and NPI Romeo and Windsor. I know the difference between Romeo and windsor just count the cover bolts. However since I'm going to start cam shopping soon I need the PI NPI question answered.
Thanks

yep 96-98 are npi and before that was the pushrod 5.0 motor. You motor intake heads cams and everything are called pi or performance improvement. Theres other names used but basically they flow better than the npi motors. ANyways if your looking for cams your going to be looking for pi cams.
