IAT wiring question

Well I drilled a hole for my IAT in my discharge tube and the sensor does not quite reach adn I will need to extend the wiring. Is there any wire in particular I need? Where can I buy the wire?

I soldered in regular wire I think around 18 gauge (whatever matches the existing wiring) and some wire loom to make it look nice.
