Guys,
For a few days now I have been looking online for something that will show or tell me step by step instructions on how to remove a complete engine assembly with AOD transmission still attached to it. Its for a 1998 GT. Taking off the K-member so the car will be lifted off the engine and tranny. If anybody has any links or anything that would be helpful, please let me know. Thanks.

Why don't you go purchase a Chilton manual...it might not having everything in the exact way you want it explained, but for $20 it's a life saver when you're doing this. It has everything you'll need and most auto parts stores have at least one book in stock for the 94-04 Mustangs.

Yeah I know about the chiltons manual. But the last time I used a chiltons manual, a couple years ago when I pulled the engine from my old foxbody (through the hood), it was very vague and wasn't very detailed at all. It made you think more than you should have. This time I am taking the engine and tranny out from the bottom of the car. Just wondering if anybody had any detailed instructions that wouldn't leave me scratching my head.
