I have a friend that owns a car lot. He just purchased a 01 convertible 5 speed GT with 84K at the auction. It has a saleen supercharger on it. The water guage and added one do not work. I did not see a boost controller, but a boost guage. $7300 seems to be a good deal. The traction light is on and will not go off. I am sure it has been driving hard. Has 20's and lowered of course those have to go as usual back tires are burned up vs. front.

My questions are what do i need to do as far as inspection? Is there a way to know if it has been dyno tuned What do i need to look at? What should i have checked out? I did notice the mesh under hood was chopped up where belt is... assuming belt has popped before.
I have the VIN if anyone has access to carfax and wants to be generous

Considering I am use to my normal GT this joker was fast. Traction really sucks though.
