I am hoping to do a UPR K in the next year or so.

Well i suggested the UPR because its the lightest on the market. And the wishbone is just like bolted onto the bottom of the rear of the differential housing. Its supposed to help with noise vibration harshness or something. Its kinda heavy and you can do without it. And then the quad shocks, seeing that you have aftermarket control arms, you can remove them without consequence. If you didnt have aftermarket control arms or good ones anyways, i'd suggest running them just because they help with wheel hop and stuff.

I am assuming that you had little gas in your tank and you were not in the car.
If you want to make the car lighter, you are going to have to give up things that you want on a street car such as AC and other options. Run dumps, lightweight battery, after market seats and so on.
As the car gets lighter, you will hate it more and more.

Teej, That's what I thought you meant by wishbone. I just never knew what anyone called it. I have the BBK upper and lower control arms, and I'll probably be ditching the quad shocks soon.
Jmac, yeah it was on a 1/4 tank and I was not in the car. I have no desire to run dumps, but my borla is probably half the weight of my stock exhaust already. I'm definitely keeping the A/C and insulation. I think the K-Member is an awesome idea as well as tubular A-arms. Lighter aftermarket seats is something that I have wanted to do since I bought the car. I wouldn't consider that an inconvenience, these stock seats suck!!!
