Yea so I think I'm going with the 75mm. Actually I'm more anxious to get the plenum installed. Didn't know if I could install my self but found an awesome post with instructions. I think I'll be able to do it.

I picked up a 70mm from BBK. It was cheaper than the 75mm and i was in HS and i didn't know too much at the time about mustangs. Though I am still happy with it

i got my acufab 75mm tb for 80 bucks, couldnt pass up that deal. i was NA at the time. i noticed a decent difference and that was just with the TB, i didnt buy the plenum because i was going with a positive displacement blower. but i threw on the TB for a few weeks before the blower went on. it helped with throttle response mainly. made it feel quicker.

LOL you mean "inspected". no they tb and plenum should have nothing to do with emissions unless you put it on wrong or dont hook up a hose/ and or get vacuum leaks.

it's straight forward....disconnect the throttle cable from it, move it aside, remove intake tube and all hoses going to it, undo EGR, undo 4 bolts holding it to manifold and swap.

look at the fittings you have on your new one and the associated hoses going to each. i bought mine used and the guy used brass barb fittings which were larger ID tubes than the fittings. i had some tube laying around to make it work for me...something to pay attention to before taking stuff apart.
