so i am buying a 97 mustang gt with a 2001 pi engine (260hp) all the reading ive been doing says the stock 97 gt's will run low 15's high 14's so im thinking that with the at least 50 more horses i have i should run mid to low 14's with no problum right? the car has a k&n air filter and short through shifter it also has a full custom exaughst from the manifolds back and has 410 gears in the back anyone take a stab at a 1/4 mile time with stock suspension and good agresive tires oh and it's a 5spd.

Everybody's probably gonna come back with 14.5 (and maybe they're right),but I'm gonna say low 14 (.0-.2) if you can keep from spinning. Okay, fine, maybe a 13.8 or .9 :P

The car should low-mid 14s stock with the 4.10s i predict high 13s-mid 14s
