Default when do u need to upgrade fuel pump???

this summer i'm planning on hopefully doing the budget supercharger kit. so i was wondering if i would need to upgrade my fuel pump. i'm not planning on making huge power numbers. only looking to run 6-8psi tops due to stock bottom end. so when would i need a new pump oppossed to a boost a pump and stock fuel pump. and could someone explain what a boost a pump does.

Should be able to pick up a focus svt pump and be good Some say it's better to run a boost a pump and the stock pump but most people just throw in the focus or a ford GT supercar pump. Easiest to install is the focus.

When you have fuel spikes... but based off previous knowledge of these cars, you should go with one of the above... I prefer to upgrade the intank but that's just me.
