do just cams bring many people into the 12s? im sure heads/cams would be 12s without much difficulty (340-50rwhp)

cams will get you into 12's usually. Trevor was at 12.1 at like 112 or 116 before he started parting the car out with just hitech stage 2 cams and full bolt-on's making like 300rwhp.

Built rear + cams. I would not try too hard to break into 12's N/a with out the 33 spline.

got the built rear, so maybe ill just throw the cams in and see what happens..if i want more i can do heads later...just need to get my hands on the money and see how much i have left to play with =] would i get different cams for my stock heads apposed to the cams on the trickflow heads? if trickflow is in my future i wouldnt wanna sell myself short...if the trickflows happen after the fact i wouldnt wanna regret my cam choice and want new ones again lol...so which cam would be best for stock heads and which would be best with the trickflows? is there one that would work well in both applications?

The cam grinds are going to be different for the two really. Look into MHS grinds for both. With the TFS heads you dont have the PTV clearance issues you will with the PI heads. So you can run more intake centerline with the TFS heads so the cams are going to be different to allow for more intake centerline.

I would say wait and do it all together , thats just wasting money if you ask me. Be patient and get the combo , then abuse that built rear end all day long.

No such cams exist. MHS has an offer for people like you. If you buy qualifying cams, later down the road when you get the TFS heads, you can trade in cams and buy new ones for only ~$200.
