I have had my stage 2 spec for around 2 years now, I drag race a couple times a month and daily drive the car. I have no chatter what so ever. Pedal is only a little heavier then stock, but thats part of a heavy clutch. There is a lot less slip in the clutch compared to stock, but in a good way. I also have the alum. flywheel from spec. To take off from a stop I have to rev higher and let out of the clutch slower for it to be smooth compared to stock. But when your racing you can abuse it and dont have to worry about slipping.

I have a spec stage 2 clutch.. and other than the fact that I got use to my hydraulic clutch in my MS6 over the winter and now it feels like I'm doing a 1000lb leg press... I have never really minded it.

How much slipping of the clutch does one need? It's not like it takes a lot of finesse to drive a mustang...

to me when i get to a higher hp ill probebly go to a twin disc, other than that id like little pedal effort, mainly because its easier to slips the clutch on launch to get the perfect take off...i mean with slicks or drs you can probebly not worry about it but with street tire, my bolt on car and 3.90s is to much to just let it out...and its nicer driving in traffic without having to get a leg workout
