OP - Don't you already have another HID thread? You need to make one thread and ask all 100+ questions you have about these cars. It's just funny you make like 2 new threads a day lol.

Yeah but I never get a response when I ask another question on the same thread.

Don't get 10000K. I have 8000K and they are too blue. DDM is ok... If I could go back I would have done retrosolutions... to late now..

Last night was the first night I got to get out and about at night with the new HID kit. Once again, I got the DDM tuning 35W 5000k kit. Very impressed! Of course the CX-7 uses a stock projector housing but very good light output and the 5000k are the perfect white with slightest hint of blue.

What temp do we order for dark tinted headlights that is going to be the most white?

It's not as much the temp of the bulb (although I believe the 4300k and 5000k put out the most light respectively) it's the watts that make a difference. The 35w kit might not be bright enough... you might have to step up to the 55w kit if you're housing lens are really tinted.

Check it

Are the 55W that much brighter? I heard that they also run at the same temperature as the 35W... so there is no danger of damaging the bulb, right?

Also, do you think that if you had gotten the 55W 5000K's that the color of the light emitted would be "less blue?"
