Default no 3rd or 4th..help please

hey guys just was cruizing around today coming home from work and got no 3rdor 4th gear it slides in like butter.. dont get me wrong i street race every now and then but all the sudden both gears? any advice on what it is and what to buy to fix? r they on same linkage? some help please thanks

You broke either a roll pin or a shift fork

its a pin...i lost 3rd and 4th as well when i needed mine rebuilt...go to the tranny shop
