So eventually I'm gonna lower, ???'s
So when I do,
What is/are everyone's thoughts on 1.5" as opposed to 2" drop?
If I go with 2", what will I HAVE to have done to make sure its done right (and when I mean right, I mean so that I won't have F-ups in the future but not to blow the wallet as I don't ever intend to have this car pushing anything faster than an 11-12 sec 1/4) Same question with 1.5" drop. I am kinda torn as too how far I wanna go.
I went out and measured and I like where the fender would "potentially" sit with a 2" but the practicality of a 1.5" with the sh*tty roads here makes more sense.
Thoughts..........??

LOL iv had my car 4 years or so and im just now about to lower it.. not even by choice it coming with an IRS trade. Personally I love 2" drops, but for practicality 1.5" would be warranted for a DD car.
1.5" is the LIMIT for the stock c/c plates. When you lower you should always get better shocks/struts, the stocks were not designed for it. you dont have to, but its half assing it.
Heres what I would get regardless of spring choice(1.5/2"):
4 bolt c/c plates
new front rear isolators
new shocks/struts
if you go 2" you might wanna get steeda balljoints and the bumpsteer kit.

i have a 1.5 inch drop and it looks awesome - plus i have only scraped once and it was on a speed bump i didnt plan around. if you go 2 inches, you are probably gunna want some cc plates to do with the install.
just read u recenty did shocks - u may want to look into shocks meant for lowered set ups though.
