Default Turn signal, parking light bulb

So one of my orange bulbs in my headlight is peeling the orange stuff off of it. I just bought some smoked headlights, and definitely don't want this bulb plugged in there getting chips inside the housing!

Where can I find this bulb? Would advance auto have the right one? It's a 3157 bulb, and all the ones I see online aren't orange... did they do away with the orange coating or something? It's by Sylvania. (is that stock?)

Also, are mustangs supposed to have maplights in the rearview mirror?

Just go to advanced and check to see if they have them... Odds are they probably will.

As for the maplights in the rearview, this is only on verts.

Thank you very helpful. Also, do you have the stock license place bulbs in? Are they supposed to get so HOT? Holy god, I just put one of them in for about literally 20 seconds and it got so hot I couldn't hold it.

Yes, I have the stock license plate bulbs.

All light bulbs are going to get hot. I have never touched my license plate bulbs but I assume they would be hot just like any other

Alright. Does it matter if these new turn signal bulbs (the orange ones) don't have that orange outer coating? Will they still illuminate the same as stock?

Something like this, although it appears to be chrome, would still illuminate orange.

the clear ones do not illuminate orange...they illuminate the color of like your stock headlights or foglights...and the chrome ones are nice, just read the package and make sure it says it lights up orange...any car place would have this bulb
