Yes. Unless you have the big money to just go right for the blower, heads, cams and stuff like that, every part counts. Even if it's only 4-7hp or whatever.

We all started off small.. Some people think the CAI system, TB, plenum are a waste of money. But like you said, if you can't afford a blower, turbo and don't want to run nitrous, then bolt ons are the way to go.

I think it makes a lot less sense if you're on a budget to buy bolt-ons even.

I gained zero trap speed in the quarter mile after my TFS UDP install.....but then again, I already had an electric water pump.
