Lol. I love how this thread has turned into tall people saying they can fit into their cars even though the OP is not even tall.

Personally I wouldn't be too picky over the year, just find a new edge with low miles that you like, be is a 2002, 2004, whatever.

Yea. I'm gonna shoot for an 04. Basically just gonna sell my stuff, pool my money up, and keep an eye out. When that right car shows up. I'll snag it.

^ save the money and make on yourself if you are at all handy with basic tools.

I was going to make one, but have yet to get around to it. I don't like how the back part is recessed into the plastic molding above the back seat. Looks like a hack job, but that's how all the kits are made.

OP, I went with 04 because with any model car, the kinks are usually all worked out the last production year. But like stated above, between an 03 and 04...not much difference.

the 04s transmission can hold 50 ftlbs more torque other than that there is no other differences. the badging on the side doesnt say gt either.

This is my main reason for looking at 03/04. More specifically 04's.

^ yep, my I wasn't seriously looking for my 04, but saw it on craigslist one day and was bored so went to check it out....2 weeks later it was in my driveway lol bought it with 32K mi adult owned for $8K...so yea, I snagged it.
