I just figured out where my fuel issues were and it's tied to my fuel pump. Since i have a bone stock installation, i went to the local parts store to order a replacement. I ordered a fuel pump assembly because my issue is in my check valve. When I got the assembly, i was missing a harness. It only had one and the one i'm running now has 2 (one connects to the main harness and the other connects to the gas tank). Looking at the pictures in the parts catalog, it appears that i have a California emissions setup.

Does the SVT Focus fuel pump work in this application? What year model focus do i need? What does that other connection do that connects to the gas tank?
