Do those summit seats weight less than the stockers?

You get what you pay for. If you want cheap seats, be my guest. Just dont make a thread asking why your seat bolsters are coming unstitched after a year of owning them. I know of 2 people locally who bought them and both had problems with bolsters down the road. Cliff knows someone who had the same issue IIRC.

The factory seats are downright dangerous, IMO and have NO business being in even the most moddest of performance cars.

I suggest you go out and try some of these seats you may propose to buy so that you don't find out they suck for long roadies. I can drive for hours and hours in my seats and remain comfortable. I cannot imagine how bad it would be to travel in seats that are not formed well over a long trip.

Jazzer.... sittin' pretty
Jazzer any pics of your seats?

I have the Corbeau Forza Mircroseudes. They were like 250 a peice and the brackets another 70. I love them and they weren't super expensive.

I found a set of Sparco's with tracks on Ebay shipped for $400.00. That's what I had in the Bucket.

One of the main concerns of mine with aftermarket seats is one of my buddies bought Corbeau's for his souped up Accord and when I sat in them, within 15 minutes my legs were sore from all of the support. The edges from the seats literally hurt to sit in. If that makes any sense?

hahaha I know I know, but hes a wizard with cars...works for a Porsche tuner and over the past 5 years has piece by piece built one of the sickest fully forged 4cylinder motors you'll ever see. Its on a 92 accord coupe chassis and is the ultimate sleeper. I can't remember what size turbo it is but its throwing 674fwhp on the dyno at his shop.

I'm not sure if there was any adjustment on the seat, It was more of a "hop in and hold on for dear life" type situation...

If you saw it in person and saw all of the unique creativity and love that is put into the build, you would be able to appreciate it regardless of whether you are a muscle car or import fan. People ask him why and his answer is, "b/c no one else is doing it like this right here".
