Default Timing components/throttle body?

Well, next steps on the build are timing components and throttle body/plenum setup.

I'm pretty set on going with this timing setup:

After timing components my next step is throttle body/plenum combo.

For the plenum I'm definitely going with a 6061 plenum. I was originally going to go with the Accufab 75 mm throttle body, because I was very happy with my 70mm Accufab setup. However, I noticed some other brands that go for about half the price. I was looking at Stack Racing, and they look like pretty good quality. Would it be alright to go with a throttle body like the Stack Racing one to save some bucks?

I've heard some poor things about stack racing stuff. The guys over on SVTP that bought stack racing wheels have said that their center caps dont fit...and as minute an issue as that sounds, that makes me thing that they dont put a lot into the manufacture of their products and it makes me want to stay away. Just look for a used one.
