Dont get bummed about rushing in and getting an auto you have your WHOLE life to get any kind of stang you want. IM pretty sure majority of people on here would want to get a different stang than the one they have now hell i cant wait to get rid of my 2v and get a 3v and even better a 4v. CONGRATS tho on gettin your mustang though!

Get a good aftermarket torque converter with a 3200 stall or better. Honestly, as much as I hate driving 99% of automatics, I have been in a handful of autos that would whip my assss shifting gears. One thing I will mention, auto-x could be difficult with an auto...I will agree 4.10s should be the first mod...

And damn, I'm mad they got rid of the "This thread is worthless without pics" smiley. Thought this forum used to have it. But very nice. Nuffin wrong with an automatic.

Oh man! how could I forget!!! I will get some after some touch up work and some waxing! In its future it will see some headlight and taillight tinting and kandn filter. I am still thinking that If I can find a totaled mustang and borrow a shop then I could convert it. I think a springs, 32 valve head, 4.1 and a catback exhaust system will come first. Maybe a supercharger after the conversion! I want to keep it as a track car once I get my next one so it will fit the bill!!!
