I have not seen a primary spec of 0.55Ω for an OEM COP, generally it is specified as 0.8-1.0Ω--what repair manual provided the lower value?
Also, unless you have a VERY good ohmmeter values below 2-3Ω will not be particularly accurate--did you short the leads and see what the reading was prior to testing the COP--when you need to subtract the lead resistance from the reading you get when measuring the COP...

My car is has done this since I have installed l/t headers. It usually does this if I start the car and take off when everything is cold and the weather is cool/cold outside. It last for maybe about five seconds then I gear down and it goes away. It then throws an o2 sensor code. I have been told a tune will solve the problem.

My car sounds like it's misfiring at idle as well. Only mods I have is the iac gasket and o/r x-pipe. CEL is on because of the x pipe and I'm assuming thats the issue because it a happened after installing the icv gasket mod and the x pipe. I need the MIL plugs ASAP.
