My 98 GT needs a new power distribution box, it's completely shot. I have checked all of the local auto parts places and they don't carry it. Anyone know where to find one?

Junk yard, try local ones first...

If that fails try these guys, Prestige Mustang--they can be pricey compared to a local yard but that's mostly because they know what the new part costs (and if it's even available)--but they also have the parts...

That's what I figured. I am just concerned about different options and different fuse placement.

The "placement" will be the same as long as it's a same model series vehicle, in your case a '96 to '98 GT. There may be missing fuse holders depending on options, but perhaps you could salvage some from your old box.

Have you tried Ford? Probably need to bring a few bars of gold with you but it will give you an idea of what they are worth...
