People are out there hooking and doing fine with 10" wide wheels with the right tires.

And I don't jab you in every tread you make. Quit being so sensitive, you're reminding me of my 13 year old sister.
I'm not trying to cause more bickering, but half the mods we do to our cars we don't really need. We do them because we like them or want to accomplish personal goals. The idea of having 12s on the back to me seems pretty cool if he can manage to do it. Is it practical to spend a lot of money on it? probably not. Will it help him eventually accomplish the goals he wants to achieve with his car? hopefully. If he can find a way to do it and might lose a little performance in the process for a lot of gains in "holy sh*t look at those wheels" category, I say go for it.

I am just voicing my opinion on the subject. I am not contributing any useful technical information like jazzer.

Jazzer, Im not stuffing abnormally large tires on a 17x10 wheel!!! I took your advice and started talking to SVTP members via PM and I have confirmation that with my current mods that I can run a 17x11 wheel out back with the correct backspacing with no problems. The one person I talked to has 345/30-18's on an 18x11 wheel and he does not have any of the problems that you think I will run into. And those tires are the BFG DR's so they are not a narrow tire at all...they are actually quite wide for the size for all their tires.

I know you are not, just exaggerating my point to make it clear for those who think wider tires are going to give improved grip.

You already know the issues of going anything over a 315 on a 10.5" wheel, so the 335 is gonna be to more or less degree, the issue of which you are already aware. Unless you can get a wider wheel, and don't see that you can without fender/well work, I would not go beyond the wonderful fit of a 315 on 11" wheel.

See what your SVT guys say

Dude, most of them run a 335/30-18 on an 18x10 wheel jazzer. Lol only a select few actually size their combinations right.

People can talk **** on alot of suspension and no power mods all they want....and when then run 13.0s on a stock, no bolt on motor, they can talk to me about suspension mods w out engine mods

I know me and teej are in the opposite directions w suspension...but the point remains the same....show me a high powerd car wout teejs suspension mods that will out handle him....and then u can give him ****

And I respect the hell out of that. Suspension and rubber are my first choices as well.

I love burning corn with my pal Kenne. This idea will certainly look badass not quite sure you need alllll that but go for it. Until your power build is done you may regret it performance wise. We shall see.
