Default Nitrous or suspension?

So i am debating on installing a zex nitrous kit but i have worries about it handling it. Only have bolt ons no internal changes yet. I am pulling 13.90 now but doin a lot of spinning so i need suspension upgrades for sure but would like some ideas on what i should start with. keeping in mind this is my daily driver also.

I am all about suspension mods, as everyone knows.... but unless you are addressing wheel hop, you need some better bubble gum under the back end.

1. FLSFC's
2. LCA's (at least ONE spherical bearing)

Start here and see how you do

Get some M/T DR's and the above mentioned before you think about throwing another 100hp+ at your car.

+1 to suspension. You, like a lot of others, probably aren't even getting the most out of the power you're already making due to wheel spin an body flex. So make sure you can actually successfully plant power to the ground before you add more that'll just slip away when you get on the throttle.

So just to put the icing on the cake go with suspension!!!!!
ITs been said a million times on here. You can have 500rwhp but if you can get it to the ground than your not going anywhere.

If your goal is strictly to reduce your ETs, you need to get some stickier tires. I'm not sure I completely believe some of what "others" have posted above..., but your car should run a little better ET than it has and I suspect that is mostly due to a lack of traction. Tires are the best remedy for that.

Additionally, some upgrades to suspension will further enhance your traction. FLSFC would be my next suggestion, followed by LCA.

Don't overlook weight reduction as a great way to reduce ETs.
Something as simple as removing your front swaybar before going to the track can make a measurable difference. (weight reduction from the front and it definitely allow better weight transfer to the rear)
Relocating your battery to the trunk is also a very good idea. (38lbs off the very front and moved over the right rear tire)

Nitrous can be very expensive to run. It is never paid for(~$50 per bottle fill) and you will find that you want/need several additional components for your system beyond the basic kit. It also can be very tempting to keep increasing the size of the shot until you have a problem.

I would suggest avoiding the nitrous and making the most of the power you already have.

GOOD LUCK!
