Nitrous or suspension?
But for every person who is fortunate like you.. there is probably 3 who are snapping axles like it's going out of style.

If you were to have 10,000 HP and had tires made of ice, you could dump the clutch at 6200 RMP and maybe wouldn't break anything, dunno?
If you had 150 HP and tires that LITTERALLY lost zero grip and dropped the clutch, I would be willing to bet many $$$ something would break

Jazzer... being VERY litteral with his pepes
Well I won't argue with you... you might very well suck at life... but I have heard of enough people snapping axles in less extreme situations than yours... so it happens. And I've gathered from your posts that you realize it's only a matter of time, it's not crazy if someone wants to be proactive and not have to worry about pushing their car back off the line.
Yes... I am certainly going to extremes, but GRIP is ultimately at fault for broken items.
I always try to get people who think 1/4 mile to think looooooooong term
I know of no one that ever worked for years to get to an 11.9 and DIDN'T go again hoping for an 11.8.

Don't waste anymore time running around in circles on this issue. Everyone can make their own decision at this point and take their chances where they want to.
These forums are intended to be helpful for people, but taking extreme positions is not representing real life for most guys, so I am more likely to take the odds of an occurance into account rather than the notion that someone has done it so it must be a good idea.
