Default Got Code P1181

Ok so I installed my struts, shocks and lower ball joints and took the car for a test drive and Check Engine Light came on. So went and got it scanned and got P1181. Any ideas what it could be? I did notice it was idling rough at a red light? Says on bank 1 it could be a plug, lean condition or something like that.

There's only one possible cause listed in the shop manual--the fuel pressure regulator...

Electrical:
Short to VPWR in harness or HO2S
Water in harness connector
Open/Shorted HO2S circuit
Corrosion or poor mating terminals and wiring
Damaged HO2S
Damaged PCM
Fuel System:
Excessive fuel pressure
Leaking/contaminated fuel injectors
Leaking fuel pressure regulator
Low fuel pressure or running out of fuel
Vapor recovery system
Induction System:
Air leaks after the MAF
Vacuum Leaks
PCV system
Improperly seated engine oil dipstick
EGR System:
Leaking gasket
Stuck EGR valve
Leaking diaphragm or EVR
Base Engine:
Oil overfill
Cam timing
Cylinder compression
Exhaust leaks before or near the HO2S(s)

My tank is low on fuel and I did hammer it. I wonder if the fuel pump sucked air causing this code???

It runs good. Maybe my fuel gauge is off??

"hammering" it with low fuel is asking for trouble (lean mix = destructive detonation = broken engine), don't do that again...

You should not ever let it get below 1/8th tank, and once the "low fuel" light comes on take it very easy...
