I would say you're golden right at 380, anything over 400 and I would be freaking out everytime I drove the car.

if you have cams you can run a little higher rwhp number I would think ( less stress on the motor)

So in closing, I believe your final answer depends on whether you want the rods to remain in the block or enter orbit. 400rwhp is the threshold I think we can all agree on.
