Trust me, ive tried that too. It literally doesnt go in no matter how gently or forcefully I try above like 4500RPM's or so.

Then drain it and refill with 3.2qts of Mobil 1 ATF.

If it's never been changed, or was changed at a dealership that never reads TSBs unless there's a problem, then it likely has 3.8qts. If it was changed at a Jiffy-Lube type place then they probably filled it to the fill hole which means it is grossly overfilled (4.1+qts).

It may be too late and the damage has been done, but you might have caught it in time.

This TSB explains the problem, it's only "common" in 3650's that were never properly serviced...

Cool, Ill try that. Hopefully thats all it is cause I don't really want to have to drop more cash on a transmission.

i think its pretty common, both my friends machs did it, and mine started doing it a while after mesit bought it. GT hasnt yet though, my friend did the t56 swap on his car and im pretty sure he used a cobra driveshaft but i will ask
