Default is F/I even worth it right now?

I put up a post a little while ago about what's better kb or turbo, but i was driving today and started thinking. My car has 69k on it and it is a daily driver(gets driven 3 days a week to school and on most saturdays but not in rain) is it even worth going F/I with that many mile? or should I build a new motor and then worry about F/I?

Jesus man, have you even posted any vids on your cams yet?! And throw that rediculous idea of it being to late to go F/I out the window...these motors are workhorses.
