Cam lift doesn't have anything to do with PTV on these motors. PTV happens around 5-10 degrees after TDC on the intake valve and the cam lift is in the 0.1-0.3" lift range then depending on duration and install centerline.
These 2V PTV on the flat outer edge of the piston as the intake valve is so close to the bore, dish size doesn't affect PTV either. You can see the notch needed for a large duration 2V cam below in this Chicago style deep dish piston and how far it is into the flat region:
