$100 for the 3.73s is good, but you have to ask yourself a few questions. Will you ever go with a supercharger? If so, you may be in good shape with the 3.73s. If no blower, but you will go with cams, long tubes, etc., you may want to consider 4.10s since that configuration will be happy to rev more than your current set-up. Also, do you want to occassionally run it at the drag strip? If yes, I would say 3.90s or 4.10s. Gears really pay off at the track. Personally, I would not install 4.30s in a DD. I had 4.30s in a 5.0 I used to own and they were too much gear for the street.

You will notice a big difference between the stock 3.27s and the 3.73s, so if you won't run it at the track and gas mileage is of concern to you, 3.73s would be my suggestion for you.
