i have the magnapacks from magnaflow and they are pretty loud in the 2000 range. you could prob change the muffler to those and it should be better.

if you have the chambered im sure they are much more quiet than having the magnapacks.

my flows drone at like 2k.. 5th gear crusing on the highway i dont really hit 2k though.. i do allot of city driving though but i have to do like 85mph for it to drone.

I have Mac exhaust and at 2,000 rpm's the drone is crazy. I almost want to change exhaust because of it, but my exhaust sounds so good that I might just deal with it. I get a lot of compliments on the way it sounds.

I REALLY like my "Blowmasters" so I guess opinions are like something else, everyone has one.

Mine are 3 chambers matched up with an o/r H-pipe and don't drone much at all. An o/r X-pipe with chambered mufflers are raspy and drone a lot. I know, because I tried that set-up for about two days.
