I just ordered my XDm right now. Cant wait to get that ish in. Be careful with getting a gun that to big... you wont carry it after a while, i promise lol.

Thats why I went with the 3.8 compact, they give ya the short handle, but also include a mag with extension to make it a full size grip. its like a 2 in 1 lol. Plus springfield is giving away 3 mags free with each purchase....so ya.... lol

Plus these days a 4.6L just doesnt cut it, 4V or not. Next Mustang build I do in 5-10 years will be 4V 331 or bigger. Goal is to be able to run with 600CC super sport bikes on the highway.
.357sig is a real barker, I love it but it's just too costly to shoot for my taste. Although I still have my M&P.357sig and a Glock 20 10mm so yeah, I'm stupid. I want my cake and eat it too, lol. I couldn't say the last time I shot the M&P.

That's pretty cool. I'm not a fan of XD's but that's more about me than it is the guns. The new 5.25 looks nice for a gamer gun.

I've finally settled on Sig Sauer for my carry guns. Recently w/ their new CEO their QC has been crap but after they get the bugs worked out they are some great guns. I just ordered a P220 Dark Elite with a Threaded barrel. Michigan now allows suppressors so the bulk of my Gun funds next year will be going to an NFA Trust, 3 cans and 3 threaded barrels. I could buy my next car project for what I'll have into Suppressors alone.

i like XDs because they are glocks.....done better. I hated my G22, felt like a brick. I like the simplicity of the glock design, just not the ergos...andthe XD(and M&P) correct that issue.

I'll get a compact version of either the P2000 or USP so i'll be able to carry. The P2000SK(compact version) is 21.4 OZs, 6.4" long, 1.3" wide, 4.6" tall so not too bad.

I havent really noticed it costing that much more than other ammos. Does it cost a lot more pound for pound? I have noticed it very hard to find. The same single box of Winchester .357 SIG has been sitting at the local walmart for over a month now, kinda weird. No other .357 in their whole store....not that walmart is where id buy my ammo. Just found that odd.

I really really like SIG Sauer pistols and I will definitely get one eventually. I really really like the P226 and being able to swap the barrel from .40 to .357. I am not a Glock fan at all. Im not a striker fire fan, and they're all hideous and just a very plain-jane boring design. I just dont get a feeling of substance with Glocks if that makes sense. They just dont do it for me. Who gives a **** if you can bury it in the ground for 18 years then put a flamethrower to it and have it fire 500 rounds with no failures. I dont plan on doing those things with my $800 pistol. With that being said an HK is awfully reliable too. I was watching Border Wars and noticed the Border agents training with HK P2000s thought that was cool.
