I have an 01 Roush Stage 2 w/78mm BBK throttle intake, 44lb accel injectors, accel cop's, BBK long tubes, O/R X-pipe, Spine tech side exhaust, BHJ balancer, Spec aluminum flywheel, spec stage 2 clutch, VMP slot style maf, Anderson power pipe and a P1SC pushing 11/12 pounds. My car is putting down 402H/414T w/17 degrees of timing on 91 pump gas. It also has a 3 core sheet metal intake. Whatever you do, make sure it is inner/after or chemically cooled. If not, you'll have to retard timing and lose power.

wrong. air/air is way more consitent when driving, i will say if its a track car air/water would prob be better

dunno if somebody said this yet:

s-trim stands for street trim
t-trim stands for track trim


t-trims push more air, and will get you well over your desired power level. I am over 400 rwhp on 7.5 lbs of boost (on a bad day) with my t-trim (but also I have cams)

Find a t trim, buy it, and trade me straight up for my s trim.

so a t trim is a bigger blower????by diameter?? and pushes more air. ok i might consider that because of the fact you could tune it down to less psi for amount of power of high psi s trim. or would i have to have a blower cam for the t trim and not the s??? really appreciate the help guys

Yes it pushes more air. If you can get a t-trim for only slightly more than an s-trim i'd do that. It leaves you room in case for whatever reason you decide to dig into the motor later. Yes you can get the same amount of power with a larger pulley (less psi) on a t-trim

So much misinformation in this thread. A T-Trim will make the same amount of power vs an S-Trim until you get into larger boost levels. Keep in mind boost is a measure of restriction not power. 10psi on a stock heads/cam car will make less horsepower than 10psi on a stage 2 heads/cam car. However, in order to get that same 10psi of resistance you need to increase the amount of CFM that the blower is pushing. A T-Trim becomes more efficient than an S-Trim when you start flowing higher CFM amounts aka more boost. An S-Trim in the lower boost levels is actually just as efficient as a T-Trim. For instance, if you have an S-Trim head unit on a car making 10psi and switch it out for a T-Trim head unit on the same car making the same 10psi you will not gain any power.

T-Trims are a better blower over an S-Trim because of 2 reasons. 1) They can be spun faster and thus create more CFM or boost than an S Trim. and 2) When spun faster they become more efficient than an S Trim and produce less heat so you are able to run more timing.
