Yes. My IAC went bad and didn't throw off any codes... Some days the car ran fine, other days it wouldn't stay running at all...

Eventually my car would idle for 40 seconds, 15 seconds, etc until it wouldn't even idle at all... It would fire up and instantly die down..

I swapped out my IAC valve and it ran 10x better and no more stalling problems

it could just be your IAC valve... Do you have another buddy with a GT that will let you change out your IAC with his real quick to see if it will help? It's literally a 40 second swap and it will let you decide if the $52.xx IAC valve will be the fix instead of spending the fifty bucks on something that wont work...

EDIT: The IAC valve is NOT SERVICEABLE so you WILL need to get a new one if that is the problem...

Where in south jersey are you?

I have a friend that will let me use his, but i'm convinced it's more then the IAC. It seems like the mass air flow sensor is not right, or it could be too much fuel from the dual upgraded GT pumps
I'm in north jersey in Bloomfield. Where are you located.

I'm right near bloomfield. I'm in east hanover. It's right next to morristown/florham park/livingston. We are close!

I would try switching out the IAC valve first to see if that will fix it. It's a REAL quick swap as you probably already know and it's effortless to switch yours with your buddies for a quick try to see if that fixes the issue...

Do you have stock injectors?

I tried the different IAC and it still runs the same. I have stock 19lb injectors in the car now with a used stock mass a/f meter. I had 30lb injectors and a 85mm with a mail order JDM tune loaded in a SCT, but it wasn't running right, so i loaded the stock tune back. The car hasn't been on the dyno yet, i need to get this car on the dyno, I think it's the dual upgraded ford GT pumps.

[QUOTE=99gstang;7385679]
I tried another mas cal for 30lb and put the 30lb injectors back in, the car seems to be running alot better, it started right up, didn't stall or shut off. My only concern now is when it warms up 180 deg -200 deg it doesn't run as good below 3000 rpm, and there's a slight miss that comes and goes below 3000 rpm. I'm hoping a tune will straighten things out.
