I wsh bro..lol I would love to have that.. But the reasoning for just another gt is because of money..

I don't way to be makeing payments for a long time ..and here's the worst part of it... Yesterday I went to a dealership just to look at some cars not to buy but just looking and I got approved for a 2011 Shelby ...i almost cryer cause I couldn't afford it...lol

As far as the cost of cams, I would say to figure around $1400 to $1500 which includes the new tune. Cams are a sweet mod, but the cost is up there a little. Depending upon your other supporting mods, you might gain ~35rwhp, but the new sound alone is almost worth the cost.

I tend to agree with STRIDER... if you are asking about cost for mods on a GT you don't own yet, I would save a little longer and start with a 4V Mach1.

yeah I looked up the other day I found a pretty sweet Mach 1 for like 10k with lower miles .. Get a loan for 15k and I can get the car and do a little to it

i installed mine on my own. It still costed me $1200. But that was new gaskets for the valve covers, and getting my car tuned which costed me $600. I only went stage one's, i regret it i deffinetly should of done stage 2

Why do you regret it? You have stock heads right?

Don't regret it...There are lots of people who think the VT1s are in many ways better than the VT2s overall. In fact I think Nick McKinney once said the VT1s have near perfect specs for an otherwise totally stock PI 2V. You also have a much safer PTV clearance...

Yea i mean stage 1s are great for stock head/nearly stock gts. But if you jump into upgraded heads then you'll want bigger cams to take advange of that newfound airflow.

Cams are a costly upgrade though. thats for sure. Sweet...but costly

dang man that is crazy...this might be a dumb question but how long did it take you to complete the install?
