Default HELP! Front Licence Plate on 99' Install

I have to put a licence plate on my 99 Mustang. There are no holes on the bumper and I would like to keep it that way. Does anyone have a way to put a front licence plate on?

Thanks

Just be glad you don't have one of those BS plate holders riveted to the bumper. It's the dumbest most annoying thing. They look terrible and you can't remove them easily. You're much better off having to add something like this rather than having that nonsense!!
